YIELD: 6 TEXAS CHILI
COOKING TEMP: 212F PORTION: 3/4 CP
COOKING TIME: 1 HR COOKING PAN: SAUCE PAN
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Beef roast ckd : 8 oz 1. Cube cooked beef into 1/4-inch
| Oil : 2 Tb dices.
| Onions chopped : 1 1/4 cp 2. Brown beef dices in hot oil.
| Garlic minced : 1 1/4 ts 3. Add onions, minced garlic and
| Pepper Jalapeno : 2 seeded chopped jalapeno peppers.
| Cumin : 2 ts Saute until onions are transparent.
| Salt : 1 1/4 ts 4. Add cumin, salt, oregano and chili.
| Oregano : 1 Tb 5. Add tomatoes and kidney beans.
| Chili powder : 3 Tb 6. Simmer for 1 hour. Adjust
| Tomatoes cnd : 1 pt seasonings to your taste.
| Beans kidney cnd : 1 pt
